Frequently asked questions
Do you treat anxiety in children and teens?
Yes. Our medication management and therapy services are available for children, teens and adults.
Is medication or therapy better for anxiety?
It depends on you. Many people do well with therapy, medication or both. Your provider will talk through your options, including benefits and possible side effects, and you decide together. Therapy and medication management are both offered here, so your care can be coordinated under one roof.
Can I be seen by telehealth?
Yes. Initial and follow-up visits can be in person at our Federal Way clinic or by telehealth, though we highly encourage an in-person initial evaluation.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We are in network with Medicare, Medicaid (Apple Health) and most major plans, including Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. Self-pay is available too. Coverage varies by plan, so please verify your benefits with us before your first visit. See all accepted plans.
