Frequently asked questions
What if antidepressants have not worked for me?
You still have options. Spravato® is an FDA-approved treatment for adults with depression who have tried at least two antidepressants without enough improvement, and we are the first certified Spravato® center in Federal Way. Psychotropic genetic testing can also help your provider choose medications with less trial and error.
How is Spravato® given?
You use the nasal spray yourself in our clinic, with staff right there to guide you, then rest while our team monitors you for at least two hours. Plan for someone to drive you home. Learn more about Spravato®.
Can I be seen by telehealth?
Yes. Initial and follow-up visits can be in person at our Federal Way clinic or by telehealth, though we highly encourage an in-person initial evaluation.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We are in network with Medicare, Medicaid (Apple Health) and most major plans, including Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. Self-pay is available too. Coverage varies by plan, so please verify your benefits with us before your first visit. See all accepted plans.
