No. ADHD testing with the T.O.V.A. (Test of Variables of Attention) is not covered by insurance; it is an out-of-pocket service. The clinic charges $275.00, which includes the T.O.V.A. test, an extra appointment to go over your T.O.V.A. results, the ASRS (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale) and a discussion of medication options when clinically appropriate. About ADHD testing.
We offer medication management, ADHD evaluation and testing (T.O.V.A.), Spravato® treatment, psychotropic genetic testing, individual therapy, deprescribing psychiatric medication and medically supervised weight loss management (GLP-1). Services are for children, teens and adults; GLP-1 care is for adults. Explore our services.
There are two areas we refer out:
Yes. We offer telehealth appointments for both initial and follow-up visits, though we highly encourage an in-person appointment for your initial evaluation. Some services, such as Spravato® treatment and ADHD computerized testing (T.O.V.A.), are done in our Federal Way clinic.
New patient evaluations typically last 45 to 60 minutes, and follow-up appointments 20 to 30 minutes, or as clinically appropriate. At your first visit, we review your symptoms, health history, past treatments and goals, then build a personalized treatment plan together. Please bring a list of your current medications, your insurance card and photo ID, and your completed new patient forms.
Please call us at (253) 600-4965 at least 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive late, your provider may still see you that day or ask you to reschedule. We do not have a grace period, so calling ahead does not guarantee you will be seen. Missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice are charged a no-show fee, which insurance cannot be billed for. Read our clinic policies.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), any time of day. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. More support is listed on our Resources page.
